Hefei Sanxin Microelectronics Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2023, specializing in the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of glass wafers. The company has a 15000 square meter thousand level dust-free workshop and plans to build 30 glass wafer production lines.

More than 200 sets of high-end precision equipment, including multi line cutting, precision carving machines, HAMAI double-sided grinding and polishing machines, laser interferometers (ZYGO), white light interferometers, atomic force microscopes, V-prism refractometers, high-precision refractive testers, etc., are expected to produce 3 million pieces of 12 inch glass wafers, 1.3 million pieces of 8 inch glass wafers, 2.6 million pieces of 6 inch glass wafers, and 4 million pieces of 4 inch glass wafers annually after production;

The two modern glass wafer production and processing lines that have been put into operation can achieve an annual production capacity of 400000 pieces of 4, 6, 8, and 12 inch glass wafers, as well as physical and chemical performance testing of nearly 20 optical glass products;

Established stable raw material supply channels with world-renowned glass suppliers such as Corning, Schott, Haoya, Xunitrozi, and Electric Nitrate;

We have established long-term strategic cooperation with well-known enterprises such as BOE, Jinghe Integration, Huatian Technology, CR Microelectronics, TCL, BYD, Sanan Optoelectronics, and United Microelectronics Center.

The company has established long-term industry university research cooperation relationships with Tongji University and Ordnance Group, and has formed prominent technological advantages in the research and development and manufacturing of optical glass. For different fields such as semiconductors, life sciences, AR/VR imaging, and display panel MLED, we have successively launched precision wafer products with excellent thermal, mechanical, optical, and chemical properties and different coefficients of expansion, including alkali free aluminosilicate wafers, borosilicate wafers, and ceramic glass.
